On Tuesday, May 10, 2016, 30 students and 3 staff members from Lorin Griset Academy participated in a day of team and self-confidence building at the O.C. Ropes Course in Santa Ana Canyon. The 5 hours was spent with activities centered around trusting a partner, climbing a 60 feet tall rope device, taking a leap of faith down the zipline, and learning how to take responsibility for a team’s safety.  According to Principal Patrick Cornforth, “The students began with quiet trepidation and ended in exultant celebration.  This amazing experience will be remembered by all students and staff and hopefully an annual event in the Lorin Griset Academy year.
